The visible progress is really slowing down in this update.  The smoothing out of the rough walls upstairs is hard to see in photos, but it looks great.  The windows up there are all taped off so they can spray the texture on the walls and the tub is installed. The base coat for the stucco looks the same, but it actually was completely ripped off and redone, at the insistence of my contractor.  I think the super cold temperatures had something to do with it.

Downstairs the drywall has been installed for the ceilings and the rear stairwell.  The back door was also replaced, so now it opens and swings the correct direction.  The other big thing is the roof, the shingles have all been installed!
